Cooter's Place

157 Parkway, Gatlinburg, Tennessee
865-430-9909
The Dukes of Hazzards store and museum showcases exhibits and memorabilia from the hit TV series, which was broadcast from 1979-1985. Cooter's Place is the brainchild of Ben Jones, who portrayed Cooter Davenport, expert mechanic and loyal sidekick to the Duke boys. View the famous 1969 Dodge Charger known as the General Lee, as well as Cooter's Wrecker, Daisy's Jeep and Roscoe P. Coltrane's Police Car, among dozens of other exhibits, including costumes, props and rare photos. The onsite Cooter's Place General Store sells Dukes of Hazzard T-shirts, baseball caps, license plates, coffee mugs, rebel flags, model kits, miniature replicas of the General Lee, videos and CDs (including "End of the Line," which was recorded by the one-and-only Ben Jones & Cooter's Garage Band!).
