Debuted in 2006, the Timber Tower at Dollywood is the only ride of its kind in North America. Passengers are lifted like a traditional freefall tower, but are surprised as the entire tower begins to keel over. Timber Tower topples like a sawed-off tree and you can even hear the screams of “tim-berrrr” in the air. The tower tilts a full 60 degrees toward tree stumps and geysers. Passengers must be 48 inches tall to ride Timber Tower, which is located in Timber Canyon.
