Just down the road from Dollywood lies Splash Country Water Adventure Park, 25 wooded acres full of exhilarating rides for all ages. The whole family will enjoy the 25,000-square-foot wave pool, 13 water adventure slides with names such as Mountain Scream and Wild River Falls, a relaxing lazy river ride, children's play areas, Fire Tower Falls (70-foot-tall twin free-fall speed slides) and the Big Bear Plunge whitewater rafting adventure ride! The Cascades, a 7,500-square-foot leisure pool, was introduced to Splash Country in 2007. Splash Country Water Adventure Park is open from Memorial Day weekend through Labor Day weekend. |
