Floyd Garrett started collecting muscle cars back in the '70s and today has accumulated more than 90 classics worth approximately $5 million. Floyd defines a muscle car as simply "a car having a high performance engine." Muscle cars in the collection include a black 1970 Chevelle, 1967 Shelby Mustang, 1964 Thunderbolt, 1963 Tameless Tiger Tempest and 1969 Boss 429, as well as Elvis' first limo. Floyd Garrett's Muscle Car Museum also features a gift shop that sells T-shirts, die-cast car models and more. |
