From Interstate 40: Take Exit 407 (Highway 66) and travel for 8.5 miles to Dolly Parton Parkway (Highway 411 North) in downtown Sevierville. Turn left onto Dolly Parton Parkway and travel for 7.2 miles. Turn left onto Hattie Branch Road and travel for 1 mile to a stop sign. At the stop sign, continue straight on Flat Creek Road and travel for approximately 3 miles. Turn left onto Windfall Estates Drive, where you will see the MountainTop Resorts office on the right about a block up
Our log cabins provide easy access to Pigeon Forge attractions such as Dollywood
theme park and Dollywood's Splash Country Water Adventure Park, as well as
Gatlinburg, Great Smoky Mountains National Park and 30,400-acre Douglas Lake,
which offers opportunities for boating, fishing and swimming. Onsite
recreational amenities include use of the boat landing, a seasonal outdoor pool,
playground, lake access with dock (seasonal), pedal boats and canoe rentals, and
nature trails.
Each of our 2-bedroom cabins features a fully equipped kitchen that includes a
microwave, coffee maker and dishwasher. Gas grills are also available. A snack
and sandwich shop is located at the resort, which is just 15 minutes away from
family-friendly restaurants in downtown Pigeon Forge.
Check-in time is 4 PM. Check-out time is 11 AM. Pets permitted in pet-friendly
cabins only and there is a $45 nonrefundable pet fee. A 2-night minimum stay is
required (a 4-night minimum stay is required on holidays). A $200 damage deposit
is required for all reservations. This can be handled via credit card or cash.
- There are no room charges for children 17 years of age, or younger, who are staying in the same room as their parents or guardians.
- A valid photo ID, such as a driver's license or passport is required at check-in.
- A credit card or cash deposit is required upon check-in for any incidental charges.
- Check cards that are sponsored by Visa or Mastercard are accepted.
- Rollaway and cribs may be available and should be requested at the time of booking; fees may apply.
